How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book your Barrie cleaning services 24 hours a day through our online booking system or chat with us for personalized assistance. Simply select your service type, property size, preferred date, and we'll handle the rest.

How do you price your services?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on our booking page. This ensures transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes! You can cancel or reschedule by chatting with us or emailing hello@barrieandclean.com. Please give us 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. We understand life happens and try to be as flexible as possible.

When do I need a First Time/Deep Clean?

First-time clients who haven't had their home professionally cleaned within the last month will need our Deep Clean service. This gives our team the time needed to achieve the high-quality results we're known for. Once complete, our Standard Clean is perfect for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment unless you have a specific request for certain products. Our professional-grade supplies ensure the best results for your home.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

For one, two, and three-bedroom homes, we typically send one cleaner. For larger homes with four bedrooms or more, we usually send a team of two. This ensures efficient service while maintaining our quality standards.

What areas do you service?

We provide cleaning services throughout the greater Barrie area, including Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford, Newmarket, Aurora, and surrounding communities. Contact us if you're unsure about service in your specific area.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many clients provide access through spare keys, lockboxes, or door codes. All our team members pass background checks and we're fully insured for your peace of mind. You're also welcome to be home if you prefer.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Absolutely! All team members are interviewed and pass criminal background checks. We're fully insured and bonded. We have very high standards - only the most professional and trustworthy cleaners join our team.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We'll send our team back to make it right at no additional charge. That's our promise to you - 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

What if something gets damaged?

While extremely rare, if something goes wrong we're here to make it right. We're fully insured to handle any accidental damage. Please let us know right away and we'll take care of everything promptly.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer flexible weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring services. At BarrieAndClean, we prioritize flexibility and transparency - no long-term contracts required. You can easily manage your recurring service through our online booking system.

Can I book specific areas or rooms only?

We offer flexible hourly booking for clients who need specific areas cleaned, with a 3-hour minimum. However, we recommend booking based on your home's total size to ensure our cleaners have adequate time to provide thorough, high-quality results. Chat with us to discuss your specific needs.

What if I need to add extra services?

We offer various extra services that can be added to your booking! These include inside oven cleaning, inside fridge cleaning, interior cabinet cleaning, and more. You'll find all available extras on our booking page, or chat with us for custom requests.

How often should I have my home professionally cleaned?

The frequency depends on your lifestyle and preferences. Most clients choose bi-weekly cleaning for the perfect balance of cleanliness and value. Weekly cleaning is ideal for busy families or homes with pets, while monthly cleaning works well for smaller households or those who maintain their homes regularly between visits.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Absolutely! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. All our products are professional-grade yet gentle on your family and the environment. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs.
